- Add distilled or bottled water to fill 8-12oz. bottle. Let set 2 hrs. until blue. Active granular ingredients are inside the bottle.
- For rinsing add several drops just in front of the tongue behind the front teeth. Swish vigorously around the mouth for several moments.
- Empty the mouth, but do NOT rinse out the remaining film. Let this soak into the mouth tissues, teeth and bone. Rinse the brush.
- To use Oral-Cal for a brushing agent add several drops to your mouth or brush. Brush 3-5 min. and empty the mouth, but do NOT rinse out the remaining film and let this soak into the mouth tissues.
