After using the cal/zinc chips last night overnight, I feel remarkably better and I feel as though things are back to normal! I have trouble inserting the chips so I had to do this the second best way possible. I make REALLY small pieces, added one drop of the blue rinse, stirred it around, then just pushed it between certain teeth where I knew it would stay for a little while overnight. WOW!
