Instructions for Use

1. Slide one strip under the lip, placing it along the gum/teeth margin.

2. Pull the lip over the strip and gently press to hold it in place.

3. Keep in position for a few hours.

4. Move the strip to other areas as needed and repeat.

5. Gently rinse after use.

6. Lay flat to dry.

7. Reuse several times as needed.    Not intended for sleeping use.
